A casting is only as good as the science behind it. Led by a B.E. Metallurgist with 10+ years across the melting shop and heat treatment floor, we work across both ferrous and non-ferrous systems — steel, aluminium, bronze, phosphorous bronze and brass. Charge calculation, deoxidation practice, pouring temperature, cooling rate and post-cast heat treatment are all controlled in-house, so the part you receive has the microstructure, hardness and mechanical properties your drawing demands.
